Why It Matters

Well-Woman visits screen for serious conditions before they become serious problems. They’re one of the best tools for staying ahead of your health — catching issues early, building healthy habits, and protecting your well-being for years to come.

Take control of your health — schedule an appointment today.

Prepare for a Pap Smear

Arrive 10–15 minutes before your appointment.

  • Plan Your Timing

Schedule your appointment for at least 5 days after your period has ended.

  • Skip Certain Products

To reduce the chance of a false abnormal result, avoid tampons, birth control foams or jellies, vaginal creams, moisturizers, lubricants, and vaginal medications for 2–3 days before your appointment.

  • No Douching

Avoid douching for 2–3 days before your appointment.

  • Avoid Vaginal Sex

Avoid vaginal sex for 2–3 days before your appointment.

Ask Us Anything

Your visit is also a chance to ask questions and talk through concerns — without judgment, and without worry. Our medical team is here to listen, give you clear answers, and care for your whole health.

Make an appointment today and get the peace of mind you deserve.

Under 21? Pap smears are only provided to women 21 and older, but you’re still welcome to schedule a Well-Woman visit without one.
